My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The location was excellent, surrounded by a variety of great restaurants and shops. The rooms were kept clean and cozy, and the staff was accommodating. On the downside, the dining options were somewhat limited, and there were issues with the service.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room with Executive Lounge access on the higher floors, like mine with a balcony, was clean, and the staff was helpful. However, I was disappointed when the front desk manager couldn't make a reservation for me during check-out. The hotel's location to the shopping area with great restaurants and being in the center of BGC made my stay convenient.
I had a great stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I loved the high floors with a stunning view. The service was friendly, although there were a few limitations. The location was perfect, right in the heart of BGC with plenty of dining options nearby. The dining experience could use more healthy options, but overall, it was a pleasant stay.
