Inconsistent Room Setup and Lounge Policies

I was quite frustrated with a few things . Initially, I was offered a room with a king bed and a sofa. This arrangement was unsuitable for three guests. We switched rooms, but I had to request extra toiletries and pillows. The club lounge enforced dress code rules inconsistently I was denied entry for wearing slippers, yet others were admitted in workout clothes. The staff didn't seem to care about resolving this issue effectively.
